The xp rewards suck, the scaling is incredibly steep, and you don't even get devotion points. My last thought in response to your post is that I don't think you will get anything useful out of doing shattered realm at level 50. I personally think the mobility moves aren't great and have cooldowns that are way too high to take on multiple bosses, plus I think the game a tremendously awful job at telegraphing things you need to dodge. I think a lot of the shattered realm bosses are designed in an effort to force you to use the mobility moves they added. In my experience though you need to be tanky as hell to absorb his meteor attack, I usually resort to wailing on him for a set time and then running around until he uses his meteors then I quickly attack him while the move is on cool down.
